Brand Toolbox Content Management System (CMS)
The Brand Toolbox CMS allows you to display your corporate brand guidelines information online. Members can easily download brand assets, whilst following important brand guidelines information.

No more need for printed guidelines, PDFs or storage devices. Simply upload your brand logos, colours, typography and guidelines information to Brand Toolbox.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Brand Toolbox is a safe and secure online repository, allowing your members easy access to your media assets from anywhere, anytime.

Members can download logos, stationery, brochures, PDFs, Microsoft Word templates, InDesign and Illustrator files, EPSs, JPEGs, ZIPs, Powerpoint files, video, audio files and more.
Photography & Image Library
Bulk-upload your high-resolution images, and Brand Toolbox will cut multiple image sizes for download, and watermark any copyright images.

The library stores all of the low, medium and high resolution image files. Copyright images can be restricted to specific member groups, and the sophisticated search engine manages and categorises all images for simple retrieval.
Email Marketing ‘Brand Updates’
All members can be notified by email every time new guidelines information, logos or artwork files are added or amended, providing up-to-date ‘policing’ of the brand.

The email newsletter can be sent to individual users, selected mailing lists or the entire member database.
User Rights Management
A properly configured Brand and Digital Asset Management solution preserves institutional knowledge and decreases your exposure to error and liability.
