Newsletter reporting

Newsletter campaigns can be tracked with the analytics tool within Newsletter Studio.

For each email campaign sent, Newsletter Studio will supply an analysis and breakdown of the campaign statistics, including:

• How many subscribers received the newsletter
• How many subscribers opened the newsletter.
• How many subscribers did not open the newsletter.
• How many newsletters failed to reach the subscriber.
• How many subscribers clicked a link within the newsletter.
• Number of clicks and click rates for individual links.

You can also view the number of emails opened from the campaign in hourly format during the first week after send out.

Sent emails and archiving

You will need to send a campaign before viewing statistics.

All sent newsletters are moved to the ‘Sent’ folder in the structure tree. When the message is older than 90 days, it is moved automatically to the ‘Archive’ folder.

Clicking on a sent/archived newsletter brings up the analytics dashboard as seen above.
