Expiring assets

Setting an expiry date automatically archives the asset on the set date.

To set an asset expiry date:

1. Select the asset in the Media > Asset library section.
2. Select the ‘Properties’ tab and set a Usage Expiry date.
   
   
3. Click Save to enable the changes.

On the date set, the system will automatically archive the asset.
 

Note: The usage expiry date will be shown to members in the frontend.
