Expiring assets

Setting an expiry date automatically archives the asset on the set date.

To set an asset expiry date:

1. Select the asset in the Media section.
2. Select the ‘Properties’ tab and set an Asset Usage Expiry date.
   
   
3. Remember to click the Save button.

On the date set, the system will automatically archive the asset.
 

Note: The usage restrictions expiry date will be shown to members in the frontend.
