The home page is structured into four main areas, with a right-hand side menu (or ‘page tools’ area) that appears across all pages:

Home tiles heading, text and notification block

A heading can be placed above the home page tiles or the device can be used as a text and notification block for other important information.

The home page left side menu navigation can be customised to include any page that has been published on Brand Toolbox.

You can choose to replicate the top navigation structure or create your own designated quick links based on high traffic funnels or key page requirements.

Home page left side menu navigation

To edit the left side menu links:

1. Select the Home page in the Content section tree.
2. Select the Side Menu tab from the top tabbed menu.
3. Add content to the three required fields:
   
   Title — The header text for the content block.
   Content — The intro text that will display under the heading.
   Related Links — These are the links that appear on each panel.
   
   
   
   
4. Selecting Edit or Add in the Related Links property will open the Select link slide out menu. Select the page or pages to link to – from the ‘Home’ content tree structure – and Submit.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save and publish to publish the changes.

The right-hand side menu or ‘page tools’ panel contains the following items:

• Print this page
  Print to printer or save to PDF. Appears on all pages and cannot be hidden.
• Email this page
  The page link can be shared (emailed) to a friend. Appears on all pages and cannot be hidden.
• My favourites
  Contains a list of the individual user’s bookmarked page favourites. Appears on all pages and cannot be hidden.
• Latest updates
  Showcases a list of the most recent guideline page updates. This tile appears on the Home page only and can be hidden.
• Brand facts
  This tile allows you to showcase interesting facts, data or brand snippets (quotes). The tile appears on the Home page only and can be hidden.
• Right-hand side menu tiles
  These tiles are similar to the Home page tiles except that they can appear on the home page only, other select pages or all pages.

Latest updates

To hide the ‘Latest updates’ tile, navigate to the Content > Home (node) > Page Settings (tab) and check the ‘Hide Latest Updates’ toggle.

Brand facts

To hide the ‘Brand facts’ tile, navigate to the Content > Home (node) > Brand Facts (tab) and delete all existing brand facts from the list. The tile will only display if there is a Brand fact item in the list. Multiple facts will display on the home page in a random sequence.
