Bug 153 (VSTS) — Batch asset upload SVG & PSD problem

We noticed a problem with the Asset Batch Uploader. It was not recognising SVG and PSD files correctly. These files were being ignored on upload, as they contained no preview image. None of the asset details were being saved on Batch Upload.
