Image and Asset Request form changes

User Story 915 — Image Request Form Changes
Altered the image request form mechanism so that the image usage duration specified is also the time period that the requester is able to download the resolution sizes requested. After this time period, access to the additional image sizes will be retracted.

User Story 919 — Asset Request Form Changes
Altered the asset request form mechanism so that the asset usage duration specified is also the time period that the requester is able to download the assets requested. After this time period, access to download the assets will be retracted.

Downloads Reporting mechanism

Task 886 – Implement “Deleted” Option in Media Status Dropdown
Add a “Deleted” option to the media status dropdown list in the Downloads Report, allowing members to see assets and images that have been deleted from the library. The report keeps the download data despite the deletion of the media.

Task 904 — Add popup or rollover hint text for non-MemberGroup’d assets
The downloads report now reveals items in the list when the Administrator does not have access to view or download the asset/image. However, it now reveals the item without allowing the Admin to open or download the item.

Registration password changes

User Story 880 – Enter password error messages
The “Registration” and “Password reset” forms allow you to enter passwords. We have now allowed additional characters and improved the error messaging when incorrect characters are included.
