As well as officially releasing the new ‘Image, Asset, and Registration Requests’ approvals dashboards, we’ve added new search and filter tools across all dashboards to help you find what you need—faster.

Task 1141 – Requests dashboards (Round 2 tasks)

At the top of each dashboard, you’ll now see a dropdown filter and search bar, making it easy to narrow things down.

Only want to see Pending requests? Or, Expired requests? No problem—just filter and go.

Accessing the dashboards
The new dashboards appear to the right of the ‘Welcome’ tab on the root ‘Content’ section node.

Task 1124 – Photo library ‘Rights Usage Terms’ property

To align with the IPTC Photo Metadata Standard 2024.1, Brand Toolbox Photo Library images now include the ‘Rights Usage Terms’ metadata field.

Previously labeled as ‘Usage Restrictions’, the old terminology didn’t fully comply with the IPTC’s Core & Extension Schema. This update ensures that all imagery on your site now meets the latest metadata standards.
