Status: Released
Release date: BTv4.0.32 – 13 May 2024, v.33 – 31 May,
v.34 – 2 July 2024, v.35 – 1 August 2024
Impersonate Member
The new “Impersonate Member” feature allows site Administrators to log into and experience the frontend as another member.
In “impersonation mode”, the Administrator will only see the pages, images and assets that that member is allowed to view and/or download.
This is a particularly good tool to troubleshoot any issues the member may have accessing content. It’s also very useful for experiencing the site as a member of a particular member group. In this scenario, an Administrator can simply create several accounts under different member groups and view the frontend content that that member group would see — without needing to log in/out of their other membership.

Table of Contents
The new “Contents Page Sub List” macro enables you to add a Table of Contents listing the published sub-pages of the page the macro is added to.
Prior to 1 August 2024, there were no options available on this macro (e.g. adding the macro created a contents page sub list in “Z scan” order). However, the macro now allows you to choose between two options:

Video sizing
The on-page video macro should now automatically resize the video player to the column or table cell width. If the video does not automatically resize, we’ve added a resize field to allow editors to set a video width.
Only the video width in pixels (whole numbers only) needs to be entered if wanting to downsize the video proportionately within the column or table cell.

Asset & image sharing
Several customers have requested if the ability for logged in members to share assets and/or images with external members can be turned off, and we have complied with a configurable setting.
Toggling the “Allow Image/Asset Share” property “ON” allows logged-in members to share Photo/Asset library images and/or assets with external (non logged-in) people.
When toggled “OFF”, all image and/or asset share buttons across the site will now be hidden.
